(Example: scheduled arrival is Saturday, 09\/24\/2022, six weeks before arrival is Saturday, 08\/13\/2022, cancellation must be received no later than 12\/08\/2022 by 24:00).<\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation up to three weeks before arrival, 75% of the invoice amount will be charged as cancellation fee. (Example: planned arrival is Saturday, 24.09.2022, three weeks before arrival is Saturday, 03.09.2022, the cancellation must be received no later than 02.09.2022 by 24:00).<\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before arrival, 100% of the invoice amount will be charged as cancellation fee. (Example: Planned arrival is Saturday, 09\/24\/2022, three weeks prior to arrival is Saturday, 09\/03\/2022, cancellations received after 09\/03\/2022 from 0:00 are received within 3 weeks prior to arrival).<\/p>\n<p>The aforementioned cancellation conditions apply analogously if the contract is cancelled by RECON ISTRIA.
